COFFEE MORNING
Thank you to Jane Cook for organising the coffee morning last week. Jane is also very grateful for the support she received for this event and has informed us that over £130 has already been raised with possibly more to come.
FROGS
Please find attached to this Newsletter a copy of the minutes from the AGM held on 27th September plus the Treasurer's report. The next meeting is on Tuesday 16th October at 2.00 p.m. in the Playgroup.
SAFE PLAY AREA
This will be officially opened on Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. by Steve Kibble the DCC Adviser for Physical Education. Parents are welcome to attend.
REMINDERS
* We will be having our Harvest Assembly at 11.30 on Friday 12th October. Please bring in any donations of tins on Friday morning.
* Open Evening at Braunton School for Year 6 children on 17th October from 7.00 - 8.30 p.m. (Please remember to hand in the Transfer to Secondary Education Forms to Georgeham School Office by the first week back after half-term i.e. w/b 29th October. These can be found in the brochure handed out to Year 6 earlier this term.)
* Please place any Webb Ivory orders in the box provided in the school hallway by Thursday 18th October.
* The children break up next week on Friday 19th October for the half-term break.
SCHOOL DINNERS
Would you please fill in the slip below if you think your child will be starting to have school lunches after half term. We do not need a completed form for children who already have a school lunch.
