FROGS AUCTION OF PLEDGES
This will take place on 24th November at the Croyde Bay Holiday Village. It is being held to raise money for our children! Please do your best to support this event by donating a pledge and/or buying a ticket, which will include a fish and chip supper.
FROGS SCHOOL CALENDAR
School calendars will be available very soon and will feature self portraits of the children. These are being professionally printed and will make excellent Christmas presents. The cost will be £4.99. This is a major fund-raising enterprise for us so again please do your best to support us.
VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED
Willingcott Valley complex has recently developed a further 9 holes of golf. The major work has been done by machinery. Now the ground must be cleared of stones and the only way to do this is manually. Willingcott is offering to pay into school funds £5.00 per buggy load of stone and volunteers are needed on Sunday 11th November and Sunday 18th November. Call into Reception any time between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
This sounds like cheap, healthy exercise that will really benefit the school again. Could some families get together and make it a social event?
RETURN AFTER CHRISTMAS
Please note that on the list of Terms and Holiday dates given out earlier this year there is an error. It should read that children return after the Christmas break on Thursday 3rd January, not Wednesday. The internet site is also corrected now and we will give you dates for all the Christmas activities next week.
HEADLICE
These have reared their ugly heads again. Please be diligent and check your children regularly.
