BUILDING WORK
Our building work has now started and you may or may not know that our heating is also limited due to the demolition around the boiler room! If your child/children feel the cold then please send them with another layer, preferably under their sweatshirts. There will be a plan of the extension to the buildings on display in the school hallway from Friday 8th February.
DINNERS
It is expected that after half term we will not have kitchen facilities. The present kitchen is to be extended and turned into a classroom and a new, modern bright kitchen is to be constructed behind the big classroom encompassing what is now a store room. Arrangements for school dinners will be slightly different for the duration of the building work and they will come from Caen Primary School in Braunton until the new kitchen is completed. We have attached a menu for your information. There will also be a vegetarian option available everyday. We will need to know the exact numbers as soon as possible so we would ask everyone to please fill in the attached reply slip and return it to school as soon as possible.
SWIMMING
All children in Key Stage 2 will be swimming at the Leisure Centre on Friday 15th February. More information next week.
PARENT INTERVIEWS
Parents of new Reception children, Years 2, 3 and 6 will have received an invitation to see the class teacher by the end of this week.
VOUCHERS
We are once again collecting Tesco and Books for Schools vouchers. There are collection boxes in the school hallway.
