COFFEE MORNING
We would like to thank everyone who helped organise and attended our Coffee Morning yesterday. FROGS raised a total of £293 and the children raised over £225 which will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the RSPCA. This was an excellent effort by all concerned.

UNIFORM
Sweatshirts have become a real issue in school and we do expect all children to be wearing a named sweatshirt with the school logo on it. This is our school uniform. Please make sure all your children's uniform is marked properly with their name, either with a label sewn in or in indelible ink. Biro pen washes out very quickly. Please also impress upon children how important it is to be responsible in looking after their own belongings.

CHILDREN'S CHRISTMAS POST
The post box will be available in the school hallway from next Monday and the cards will be distributed as usual after the School Christmas lunch on Wednesday 18th December. Please make sure children put surnames and classes on the envelopes.

CHRISTMAS PERFORMANCE
The Christmas Performances by the children will take place in Croyde Village Hall on Thursday 12th December, one at 2.00 p.m. and one at 6.30 p.m. We would like pupils in Classes 3 and 4 only to be dropped off at Croyde Village Hall in the morning. Children in Classes 1 and 2 should come to school as normal and will be ferried down, mainly by minibus, during the morning. We would appreciate it if all the children could be picked up from Croyde at the end of the day. There will be no school lunches that day so each child will need a packed lunch.

For the evening performance please could the children be at the Village Hall by 6.15 p.m. There will be a collection at the end of the performance which will go to the two charities nominated by the children.

CLUBS
Today will be the last football and netball club this term and there will be no more Drama Club this term. Next Monday is the last guitar lesson with Des Miles. We will let you know via the Newsletter next term when they will restart. Cricket will continue as will Recorders.

CHRISTINGLE SERVICE - SUNDAY 15TH DECEMBER
The service will start at 6.30 p.m. and we would like as many children as possible to take part. (We realise last week's Newsletter stated 5.30 and apologise for any confusion.)

CHRISTMAS LUNCH
School Christmas lunch is being held on Wednesday 18th December. If you haven't already brought dinner money in please bring it in on Monday, in an envelope with the child's name on it, and give to Mrs. Ash. The cost of a school lunch is £1.30.

CAKE STALL
Stepping Stones Playgroup would like to say thank you to all those who supported them in the Friday cake sales which made £160.

REMINDER
The children break up for the school holiday on Friday 20th December and return on Tuesday 7th January.
